Despite an initial hiccup of receiving a damaged sand coffee machine, this shop really proved its excellent customer service. They promptly sent us a brand new machine and added in an extra electric plate, giving us two functioning machines. The shop's fast response and proactive solution simply amplified their commitment to customer satisfaction. While it’s unfortunate the first machine was damaged, their handling of the situation most definitely deserves a rating beyond 5 stars. A truly wonderful shopping experience. I can comfortably recommend this understanding and responsive shop.
