The quality is poor wires are loose inside not well made contact the seller because only 1 burner was working and he had me take take it apart 3 wires inside are just lose not connected also the wires were short , I send pictures to the seller and he had to make some smart comments about it like I don’t know what I’m talking about, I worked as electrician for 7 years and I have a lot knowledge in electrical work , if you ever bought this machine you would have to take it apart and replace all the wires and connector’s before using , otherwise you may get shocked due to the lose wires touching the metal body , if you not an expert I’d recommend to take it to some can fix it it probably going to cost you $80 to $120 ,and yeah he’s probably going to offer you $25 refund for the trouble ,poor customer service ,I would not recommend

Since day 1 I had my eye on this machine I was so scared to order because I had a really bad experience from other sellers but this seller was so professional nice kind answered all my questions really fast made me feel confident in ordering this machine. So finally I ordered and I'm sooooo happy I'm jumping joy Im speechless it's so gorgeous it works great no scratches on it and came really really fast . I'm so happy I will order another one soon 🙏🏻😁
