We purchased this item as an add on to the set of a coffee machine we purchased. The shipping was incredible fast and came faster that if it was coming from the USA. Through the pre purchase Mr. Mahmoud was very responsive to messages and answered all our questions and concerns. I know a lot about Turkisch (Bosnian) coffee so it was not all to hard. One thing I didn't like to much about this set is that it does look more fragile than what I'm used to. The once I normally get in Bosnia seem to be hand made and stronger, much stronger. This set looks fragile, petite. I will give it a try and see. It is also lot smaller than I expected. Still, even if I use it as display in our soon to open Food Truck it is worth mentioning that Mr. Mahmoud was and is more then excellent in responses and communication. Thank you very much.
